Effective date: October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sourcy Inc ("Sourcy," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information. It applies to sourcyinc.com and to all of our products and services. That includes Agency Nexus, Blueprint, Implio, Sitework, Sourcy DATA, Sourcy Structural and Sourcy Calcs, and our services: Sourcy AI, Sourcy HI, Sourcy Growth, AI implementation, consulting, automation and custom AI development (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, role, account details, and the messages you send us.
- Content: files, documents, records, forms, prompts, outputs and other data you or your users submit to the Services. This includes data you provide while we build custom AI for you.
- Payment information: Stripe processes payments. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device information: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, actions taken, and log data. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools.
- Information from others: information from integrations you connect, from partners, and from public or commercial sources.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, secure and support the Services;
- process payments and manage subscriptions;
- communicate with you, including service messages and, where allowed, marketing;
- improve the Services and develop new products;
- train, test and improve AI models, as described in Section 3;
- prevent fraud and abuse, comply with the law, and enforce our terms.
3. AI training and de-identified data
Sourcy may use customer data to train, test and improve artificial intelligence models. This includes data we receive or work with while building custom AI for a customer. Sourcy may also de-identify that data so it no longer reasonably identifies a person or a customer, and may sell or license it to third parties and partners for their own AI training. Sourcy may receive compensation for doing so. Private or sensitive information is never shared. We keep de-identified data in de-identified form, and we require recipients to agree not to re-identify it. Under applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, de-identified data is not personal information.
4. How we share information
We share information:
- with service providers that work for us, such as hosting, payments (Stripe), email, messaging, analytics and AI model providers;
- with third parties and partners, in de-identified form, as described in Section 3;
- when you ask us to, including through integrations you connect;
- to comply with the law, respond to legal requests, or protect rights, safety and property;
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
We do not sell or share private or sensitive personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
5. Google user data
Information we receive through Google APIs, such as Gmail and Google Drive, is used and transferred in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
6. Cookies
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to run the Services, remember your preferences, measure usage and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser and, where we offer one, through our cookie settings.
7. Retention
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We may keep de-identified data indefinitely.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing, such as targeted advertising. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email. To make a request, email team@sourcyinc.com. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. International users
We are based in the United States, and we process information in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make a material change, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, for example by email or in the Services.
